| A site inspection was held to update all interested parties on the progress and movement of the Gardens at Flint Hills Project. The Clubhouse and Building 1 have been completely sheet rocked, and interior work will begin within the next 10-12 days. The curbs and sidewalks will be poured on Thursday, August 10th. The project completion date is set for September 27th, weather permitting. Pre-leasing has begun, and applications can be obtained by clicking here or stopping by Manhattan Housing Authority located at 300 N. 5th Street. |
