| The Maintenance Staff contributes to the availability and quality of Public Housing by performing extensive repair, maintenance and reconditioning of Public Housing units. |
Julius Beall, Custodian, has volunteered for the Housing Authority
for several years, and was hired in October 2005 to assist David
with Custodial duties.
Travis Jensen, Maintenance Worker II, has been with the Housing
Authority since 1989. In 2006, Travis received his certification as
an HQS Inspector.
David Laster, Custodian, has been with the Housing Authority
since October of 2005.
Marvin Rhodeman, Maintenance Worker I, has been working
Part-time at the Housing Authority since June of 2005.
Michael Wilhoite, Facilities Supervisor has been with the Housing
Authority since 1974.
Dustin Nelson, Housing Technician, has been with the Housing
Authority since 2002. In 2006, Dustin received his certification as
HQS Inspector.
Patrick Andel, Maintenance Worker II, has been with the Housing
Authority since 1991. In 1992, Patrick was certified as a Building
Maintenance Mechanic. In 2006, Pat received his certification as
an HQS Inspector.
Brian Fronce, Maintenance Worker II, has been with the Housing
Authority since 2001.
Matt Bobian, Contract Officer, has been with the Housing
Authority since 2000. In 2003, Matt received his certification as
an HQS Inspector.
Francis Nelson, Housing Technician, has been with the Housing
Authority for over 20 years. In 1984, Francis received his license
as a Journeyman Technician.
