| The Maintenance Staff contributes to the availability and quality of Public Housing by performing extensive repair, maintenance and reconditioning of Public Housing units. |
Michael Wilhoite, Facilities Supervisor, has been with the Housing Authority since 1974. Michael is responsible
for the overall management of the Maintenance Department.
Dustin Nelson, Housing Technician, has been with the Housing Authority since 2002. Dustin is an HQS certified
inspector.
Pat Andel, Maintenance Worker II, has been with the Housing Authority since 1991. Pat is certified as a Building
Maintenance Mechanic and is also a certified HQS inspector.
Duane Sells, Maintenance Worker II, has been with the Housing Authority since 2010.
Perry Stevenson, Maintenance Worker I, has been with the Housing Authority since 2010.
Marvin Rhodeman, Maintenance Worker I, has been with the Housing Authority since 2005. Marvin works
primarily in the area of unit turnover.
Julius Beall, Custodian, volunteered for the Housing Authority for several years before being hired in October
2005 as Custodian.
Eve Moore, Custodian, has been with the Housing Authority since 2008.
