	The Executive Director is the chief administrative officer for the Manhattan Housing Authority and is appointed by the Board of Commissioners.  The Executive Director is responsible for the daily operations and administration of the Manhattan Housing Authority.
	JoAnn has been with the Housing Authority since 1987.  JoAnn has also served on many committees at the state, regional and national levels of NAHRO (National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials).
