This position is responsible for annual,
special, move-in and move-out inspections of
all Public Housing units and buildings and all
units under Contract on the Section 8 housing
assistance programs. This position ensures
all assisted units meet Housing Quality
Standards and local codes that may apply
(BOCA). This position also contributes to the
efficiency of the Section 8 Department by
providing clerical support to the Section 8
Coordinator.
