The Public Housing Department contributes to the effectiveness of the Housing Authority’s daily operations relating to the property management functions of the Housing Authority’s owned and operated Public Housing units.
Patrick O'Neil, Housing Manager - Patrick has over 15 years of service with the Housing Authority. Patrick is responsible for lease-up, lease enforcement, annual and interim recertifications, inspections, and terminations.
Alyssa Boley, Office Assistant - Alyssa began her employment with the Housing Authority in August of 2020. Alyssa is responsible for rent collection, inputting applications, maintaining the waiting list, assisting with interim and annual recertifications, and work order input and billing.
